This time its the great hurricane sandy that threatens New Yorker's every day lives. Citizens were told to evacuate the highly flooded areas, but some decided to stay and wait out the storm. Although the Hurricane has ,for the most part, ended it has left the city crippled. After the first two days the city is estimated to have over 20 billion dollars in damages. The storm has been told to have caused the death 101 people, including a Police officer who gave his life saving his girlfriend, father, and child. His body was recovered Tuesday in a flooded city basement.  |

Sandy was a sad thing that happened along the east cost I love how you brought up this topic.. I would also recommend you use a bigger font to make the words bigger it was difficult to read.
